Sewing Sisters
It all begins with an idea. Rotarians and Friends prepare hygiene kits for dispatch to PNG. These kits help ensure young women can attend school. Importantly the kits can be washed and re-used, minimising the costs and environmental impacts. Donations of cotton fabric and cotton thread would be appreciated. These can be dropped off at the Senior Citizens Centre, Angelo Street, South Perth

Sri Lankan Eye Clinics

Over 4 -5 days nearly 500 people a day are seen, tested and provided with spectacles. This enables them to either seek work, return to work or attend school. For more information visit www.globalhandcharity.org.au
